What is Consumer-Centered Management (CCM)?

CCM (Consumer Centered Management) certification is a system designed to assess if an organization continues to improve its management activities and reorganize all of its activities with a focus on customers. The purpose is to strengthen competitiveness of the organization by incorporating consumer-oriented management practice and contribute to the enhancement of customer satisfaction by protecting the rights of customers.
