Korea Railroad

The Korean government invited the members of railway operation organizations or companies in developing countries to provide them with railway operational training courses by ODA. IRaTCA is commissioned by the government to operate these courses. Training course request is sent from ODA beneficiary countries who are willing to take part in this program or from KORAIL to KOICA (Korea International Cooperation Agency) as the picture below. The course request is more likely to be selected when the beneficiary countries submit their request directly to KOICA
